We welcome Sam on our teaching staff for vocals and piano.
Sam has played piano and sung music since the age of five and has over 15 years of teaching, performing, and conducting choirs and orchestras in Indonesia and the U.S. He has performed as a tenor soloist in oratorio and opera productions in the Midwest (Indiana Univ and local church orchestras) and presented live-broadcast recitals on NPR Classical Music radio station in Kentucky. Back home in Indonesia, he taught church music and voice as a faculty member at the Southeast Asia Bible Seminary, and also performed as a tenor soloist at Aula Simfonia Jakarta, one of the best concert halls in Asia. Sam enjoys working with both young children and adults in any genre of music including classical, pop, Broadway, and church music.
Sam enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with his wife and two children.
