On Tuesday night, Smog City Brewing Co., in collaboration with Bravo Music School and Good Vibes Pizza, hosted an LA Fire Recovery benefit concert at their Smog City West taproom in Torrance. This concert brought music and generosity together to support the American Red Cross in aiding wildfire recovery for the communities of Altadena and Pacific Palisades.

Attended by over 100 guests, the concert featured 32 performances by both the students and the teachers from Bravo Music School with an eclectic mix of classic rock, pop, and jazz standards. A special thanks goes to Josie Lee-Nozaki for managing and emceeing the performances during the four hour concert!

We are deeply appreciative of all of the guests who made contributions to the fund. In addition, Laurie Porter from Smog City Brewery and John Yang from Good Vibes Pizza contributed 10% of their sales that evening, and Dan Hom from Bravo Music School made a substantial donation. We are proud to announce that the evening raised almost $1700 for the Red Cross, supporting our LA communities as they begin the long road to recovery.
