2nd Strings Valentine Concert Sun Feb 22 3pm at the Annex Theater – San Pedro

Celebrate the season of romance with a selection of timeless pieces that capture the beauty and emotion of love in all forms. Classical selections include “Andante Cantabile” by Tchaikovsky, “String Quartet No. 2” by Alexander Borodin and “Rosamunde Second Movement” by Franz Schubert. The second half is the “pop strings” section and will include “Love & Marriage” (Heusen/Cahn as sung by Frank Sinatra), “A Whole New World” (Disney Aladdin) and “Sweet Child O’ Mine” (Guns n Roses) all arranged by Shura Sasaki.
